Cancellation Policy

Payment is required to confirm all bookings except trial lessons, which can be paid in person or in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked, and extensions are at the tutor’s discretion. Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing. Booking confirmation is only valid after WhatsApp/email communication. Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case.
