Service Description

Learn Mandarin in a small group of 2–3 students. We match classmates by level, goals, schedule, and pace. Lessons focus on the skills your group requests. Booking (via our Chinese Class Scheduler) • Direct booking: https://chinese-class-scheduler.onrender.com/start/mandarin Before your class • Short placement questions by WhatsApp, email, or phone to confirm level and goals. During your Mandarin group class • Content areas (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) set by the group. • Clear topic and practice each lesson. • Optional homework if the group requests it. Price & locations • Group classes: HK$250 per student per hour • Trial package: 10 hours · HK$2,500 per student • Standard package: 20 hours · HK$5,000 per student • Online via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet • In-office at Wellington Street, Central • At your location (travel fee): Central +HK$50 · MTR areas +HK$100 · Non-MTR +HK$150–200 Payment options • Pay by FPS, PayMe, or credit card (credit card payments include a 4% processing fee). • Alipay and WeChat Pay can be arranged on request. • Payment must be made at least 1 week before the class start date. Booking & confirmation • Submit your request via the scheduler (“Group Class – Mandarin”). • Tell us your level, goals, and preferred times. • Once the group is ready, we will confirm with you by WhatsApp or email with the start date. Attendance and make-up policy (group) • Group classes run on a fixed schedule set by the group. • No individual cancellations or rescheduling for group classes. • If you miss a class, you may purchase a discounted private make-up: • 30 minutes: HK$200 • 1 hour: HK$400 • Make-up sessions are optional and scheduled based on tutor availability.
