Learn about our teaching style with a one-hour Mandarin or Cantonese trial lesson. This session helps us understand your goals and preferences. Lessons are available online, at our Wan Chai office, or at your location. Prepayment & Payment Terms Pay online upfront or in person after the lesson. Cancellation Policy Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Materials Free digital learning resources included. Location Options Learn online, in Wan Chai, or at your location.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to confirm all bookings except trial lessons, which can be paid in person or in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked, and extensions are at the tutor’s discretion. Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing. Booking confirmation is only valid after WhatsApp/email communication. Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case.
