Service Description
Customized Mandarin & Cantonese tutoring for adults, children, and professionals. Sessions are tailored to support personal, academic, or professional goals, with flexible scheduling and individualized content. Prepayment Requirement Prepayment is required to confirm bookings. Cancellation Policy 24-hour notice is needed for cancellations or rescheduling. Materials Digital resources are free. Physical materials, if needed, will be invoiced separately. Location Options Available online, at our Wan Chai office, or at your location. Pricing HK$600 per hour at your location. (minimum 8-hour package required). HK$400 per hour for online or in our Wan Chai office. (minimum 8-hour package required). Rates may be reduced for off-peak hours, flexible schedules, or larger packages—please inquire.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to confirm all bookings except trial lessons, which can be paid in person or in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked, and extensions are at the tutor’s discretion. Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing. Booking confirmation is only valid after WhatsApp/email communication. Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case.
